Panattoni Europe has completed construction of a build-to-own facility in the Triangle Industrial Zone in the Ústí nad Labem region.
The investment, totalling 10,250 sqm, includes a 10,000 sqm manufacturing hall and a new parking lot for a global automotive equipment manufacturer. Strabag, the general contractor, started construction in June. The new facility is the first phase of the Panattoni Park Žatec, which will consist of three facilities totaling 70,000 sqm of logistics and industrial space. The area is located within the Triangle Industrial Zone at the R7 expressway exit, approximately 60 km northwest of Prague and 30 km from the German border.
Panattoni became a strategic partner in the Ústí region this year. “This unique partnership offers professional services that help satisfy investor needs and bring more job opportunities to the region,” said Jaroslav Krch, manager of the industrial zone.
