Panattoni Europe has completed a large-scale logistics center in Łódź for BSH Sprzęt Gospodarstwa Domowego. The facility offers 77,000 sqm, including 1,700 sqm of social and office space. The project has two railway sidings with three stop tracks. For the purposes of the latter, Panattoni Europe built a railway station inside the building, with a 590-meter platform running the entire length of the building. The facility for BSH Sprzęt Gospodarstwa Domowego is part of the developer’s Central European Logistics Hub. The property currently features three buildings, totalling 175,000 sqm, but the site will be able to accommodate as much as 300,000 sqm of modern warehouse space.
