Panattoni Europe is developing its third manufacturing facility for Ideal Automotive, the producer of components and interior furnishing for car brands, in Świdnica, southwestern Poland. The new factory is going up on a 9 ha plot along Pogodna street in the city’s Wałbrzych Special Economic Zone Invest-Park. The 27,400 sqm factory will be divided into functional zones, including industrial, technical, social and office areas. The scheme will also feature two unloading tunnels. Completion is scheduled for the end of 2018. The lease was brokered by Colliers International.
