Panattoni Europe is planning to build 90,000 sqm of space across three parks near Poznań. The facilities will go up in Jaryszki (Panattoni Park Poznań VII), Komorniki (Panattoni Park Poznań IV) and Swadzim (Panattoni Park Poznań IX), with an additional 200,000 sqm planned. “The Poznań region is a place with great potential. That is why we have been here for more than a decade, and we are not letting up, working on three projects at the same time,” said Marek Dobrzycki, managing director of Panattoni Europe. “The largest one among them is Panattoni Park Poznań VII in Jaryszki with 43,600 sqm, our strategic endeavor. A park as little as 12 km from the center of Poznań is great news, both for tenants and future employees, who will be able to get to and from work by public transport.”
