Panattoni Europe broke ground on a warehouse for Intersnack Poland, which owns brands like Felix, Crispers and Przysnacki. The facility will offer 10,000 sqm of space and will be located in Nysa, next to the company’s existing production plant. The complex will allow for the flexible and efficient management of the finished-product flows and efficient distribution throughout the Poland. The building will feature LED lighting with motion sensors. Completion is planned for March. JLL brokered the deal.
