Panattoni Europe broke ground on a new warehouse project near the Tricity Airport. Panattoni Park Gdańsk Airport will offer 107,000 sqm. Its first tenant, BBK, signed on for 68,500 sqm. Colliers International acted as an advisor during the lease process. Completion is scheduled for mid-2020. “Panattoni Park Gdańsk Airport perfectly fits into the so-called airport city concept, which is being developed around the Gdańsk airport with the upcoming warehouses, a modern research and development center and the announced Airport City project, an office complex adjacent to the airport terminals, offering additional services, catering and hotel functions,” said Marek Dobrzycki, managing director of Panattoni Europe “An airport always contributes to the development of the surrounding area.”
