Panattoni Europe has completed several development projects in Germany in July and August on schedule. Panattoni Europe handed over the second phase of one of its largest development projects to Jago AG. The 120,000 sqm logistics facility with a total size of 120,000 sqm is currently being built in four phases on a 200,000 sqm-site in the inter-municipal industrial park Rurtal Hückelhoven. Bergfreunde took over the completed logistics property with a total area of 13,000 sqm. The property is located south of Stuttgart in the commercial area Ergenzingen near Rottenburg. Panattoni Europe also handed over an additional 12,000 sqm of logistics space to Amica International. The Bremen- based F.W. Neukirch took over its new logistics center in Oyten, near Bremen, with a total hall area of more than 21,000 sqm.
