Panattoni Europe has increased space development by three new facilities with a total space of more than 50,000 sqm in Germany. The largest project is already under construction in Erlensee. The new Panattoni Park Frankfurt Ost is a 50,000 sqm development site on which it has built a 30,280 sqm warehouse. A lease agreement has already been concluded with Dachser for 8,600 sqm of the building and 1,033 sqm of office space. Construction of other two built-to-suit facilities will start at the end of this year. The company is also developing a 12,300 sqm logistics shed on a 20,000 sqm site in Alsdorf, near Aachen, for the company Quip. The project was brokered by Logivest. The second BTS project is being constructed for the company Noblesse in Hagenbach near Karlsruhe. The specialist retailer will take approximately 9,000 sqm of the 15,000 sqm warehouse.
