Panattoni Europe has launched the construction of City Logistics Warsaw I in the industrial part of Warsaw’s Bielany district. The facility, which will total 26,000 sqm, is reserved for online retail tenants. Frisco.pl, the online supermarket, has already signed on to take 11,000 sqm. Marcato, the food packaging manufacturer, part of KGL Group, also signed a lease. Delivery is planned for October.
