Panattoni Europe enjoyed an excellent night at the HOF Awards 2019 by picking up a trio of prizes. In addition to winning the Warehouse Development and Warehouse Lease statues last week in Prague, the company was also named the region’s best Warehouse Developer for a myriad of successful projects and deals. Its completion of the most recent Polish Amazon Fulfillment Center earned it the Warehouse Development prize, while its deal with DHL in Cheb for a 29,000 sqm facility earned it the Warehouse Lease accolades. The DHL building is part of the logistics and supply chain supplier’s goal of becoming carbon neutral by 2050, with Panattoni Europe succeeding virtually all the waste produced during construction. The company’s Polish division also completed a 79,000 sqm facility for BSH Sprzęt Gospodarstwa Domowego, while its Czech operations have produced more than 300,000 sqm of new premises certified under the BREEAM 2016 regime.
The HOF Awards are organized by Roberts Publishing Media Group, publishers of the region’s leading property magazine, CIJ, and organizers of major property conferences as well as the CIJ Awards series throughout CEE.
