Panattoni Europe is planning to build another facility for DSV Solutions, a company specializing in comprehensive warehouse logistic solutions. The lease was brokered by JLL. The cornerstone ceremony took place on Thursday. The facility will go up on a 7.17 ha site in Pęcice as part of Panattoni Park Janki II and will total 25,000 sqm, including 1,100 sqm of office space. Completion is scheduled for August. The general contractor is Kajima Poland.
