Panattoni Europe has started construction of S5 Wrocław North Gate. The project will comprise two warehouse buildings totalling 62,000 sqm. The first tenant is the logistics company GEFCO Poland, which will fill 32,500 sqm of space, of which 400 sqm will be office space. GEFCO Poland’s unit will be fully tailored to the needs of handling and picking deliveries for the automotive sector, and will be delivered by early September 2019. The project will be built to comply with BREEAM In-Use certification standards.
