Panattoni Europe is planning to build a production and warehouse facility for ELTEK Poland, the Italy-based company, which manufactures electromechanical components for the automotive and medical sectors. The facility, which ELTEK will take ownership of upon completion, will be located in Bielsko-Biała and will offer 11,400 sqm of total space. Completion is scheduled for the end of 2019. “A BTO project often involves a comprehensive process, from following all the legal and administrative procedures, to supervising construction, acceptance of the finished facility and delivery to the customer. The developer is also responsible for advising the client at every stage of the investment, including the planning process,” said Marek Foryński, Managing Director BTS Group at Panattoni Europe.
