Panattoni Europe is preparing to build and lease Panattoni Park Pruszcz Gdański. The facility will be located in Będzieszyn, near the Rusocin Junction on the A1 and is expected to offer 75,600 sqm of GLA. The complex will comprise two halls suitable for manufacturing and warehousing purposes. “Pruszcz Gdański is an excellent location and the region’s door to the rest of the country. The neighbouring A1 motorway connects this municipality with the Pomeranian bypass to the north, and extends all the way to the Czech border southwards,” said said Marek Dobrzycki, Managing Director from Panattoni Europe. He said the location also offers good access to eastern Poland and that it provides access to the railway network, with connections to Gdańsk, Warsaw, Bratislava and Vienna.
