Panattoni Europe is planning to develop a manufacturing facility for Rockwell Automation. The investment will offer 11,300 sqm of space on a 3 ha site in Katowice. The manufacturing section, including a warehouse, will cover 9,000 sqm. The property will also feature 2,200 sqm of office space. The factory will produce industrial automation components, including coils, contactors and a new generation of circuit breakers. Construction will start later this month, with completion scheduled for November. Rockwell signed a 15-year lease.
