Media Expert, one of the biggest players in the home appliance-consumer electronics market in Poland, has leased 73,300 sqm at Central European Logistics Hub. Panattoni will develop the BTS space for Media Expert. The investment will be divided into a warehousing section, taking up 72,000 sqm, and office space with staff facilities totaling 1,300 sqm. The new facility will oversee the distribution of online orders, as well as supply products to the chain’s brick-and-mortar stores. The facility will undergo BREEAM environmental certification. Construction is set to start in the second quarter of 2018.
