Panattoni Europe to move into Warsaw Spire

1 February 2017

Panattoni Europe is relocating its Warsaw headquarters from Warsaw Financial Center to Warsaw Spire. The industrial developer has signed a five-year agreement with Ghelamco to move from Warsaw’s central business district to Wola, which is seen as the city’s fastest growing office destination. Panattoni will take up 1,730 sqm of office space on the building’s 39th floor. CBRE advised the tenant in the transaction. Panattoni will move into the new office in August. The deal has pushed the occupancy at Warsaw Spire to above 90 percent, with tenants such as Samsung, JLL, MasterCard, BNP Paribas Securities Services and Adecco Poland already operating in the complex.
