Panattoni Europe, Poland’s leader in the industrial space market, announces lease contract extensions accounting for nearly 30,000 sqm. Thus, the following companies joined the developer’s portfolio of repeat customers: Inter Cars, which used this opportunity to increase its space up to 17,650 sqm, and Henkel, with the currently occupied 14,800 sqm.
Panattoni Park Mysłowice received a stamp of approval from Inter Cars, a distributor of spare parts for cars, vans and trucks. Previously, the company occupied more than 14,800 sqm, and while extending the contract, the customer decided to lease an extra 2,800 sqm, bringing its leased space to a total of 17,600 sqm. The space is used to store car and truck spare parts, and well as garage equipment. Seen as the location of the park is suited to the requirements of the Inter Cars distribution network, the warehouse acts as a regional distribution centre for Silesia, as well as Central and South-Eastern Europe: the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania.
Henkel, a worldwide manufacturer of consumer brands and industrial technologies confirmed the excellent location of Panattoni Park Poznań II by extending its lease contract for the 14,800 sqm occupied to date. The space is used as a modern logistics centre for beauty products, consumer adhesives and construction chemicals.
