Panattoni Europe, Poland’s leader in the industrial space market, is extending Panattoni Park Kraków by more than 3,400 sqm. The newly built extra space will be leased by a current tenant – ROHLIG SUUS Logistics, which will occupy more than 6,900 sqm at the park. The transaction was mediated by the real estate firm Colliers International.
The original blueprints of Panattoni Park Kraków provided for a 17,000-square-metre facility, but now the park is being extended by 3,423 sqm. The space under construction is dedicated to a current tenant of the complex – ROHLIG SUUS Logistics, which deals with comprehensive logistics and transport management. To date, the tenant has occupied 3,740 sqm, and with the newly built space it will take up more than 6,900 sqm of the park.
The park in Lesser Poland is Panattoni Europe’s second location where ROHLIG SUUS Logistics is present. The company also leases space at Panattoni Park Łódź East, where it occupies 6,830 sqm, and so the total space leased from the developer amounts to 13,700 sqm. Both transactions were mediated by the real estate firm Colliers International.
