Panattoni Europe has informed about completing works on the next phase of Panattoni Park Łódź East. The park’s whole area has increased by another 28 000 sqm. The new, fourth 12-000-square-meter building has been leased by Media Expert, a distributor of household appliances, consumer electronics and multimedia . The remaining 16 000 sqm is an expansion of the third facility, till now comprising 29 300 sqm. The space is fully leased by three companies; an existing tenant of the park, which extended its space by another 6 500 sqm; Rohlig Suus Logistics SA, engaged in a broad range of logistics and freight activities has leased 6,830 sqm and Żabka Polska with the space of 2 500 sqm.
