The 12th annual CIJ Awards Poland were held at the Westin Hotel in downtown Warsaw on Oct. 30 by CIJ, Central and Eastern Europe’s leading real estate magazine. The CIJ Awards are aimed at developers, their projects and their service providers in the commercial and residential real estate sector. On the basis of online voting by select CIJ readers and a panel of independent judges, Panattoni Park Łódź East, Building 3–Panattoni Europe was named Industrial/Warehouse Development of the Year. The award was presented to Robert Dobrzycki, CEE regional partner at Panattoni Europe, by Renata Osiecka, managing partner at Axi Immo Group.
Panattoni Park Łódź East currently comprises four buildings totaling 140,300 sqm of space. At full build-out, the park will offer nearly 160,000 sqm of space. It is a modern distribution complex, offering a wide range of solutions in warehousing, logistics and distribution.
The logistics centre is located on Zakładowa street in the city’s Widzew-Olechów district, which is in the direct vicinity of the “Łódź Wschód” junction on the A1 motorway (Gdańsk-Cieszyn), just 10 km from the center. The convenient location allows the park’s employees to commute using public transport, and guarantees customers easy access to a qualified labor pool.
