Panattoni Park Wrocław II – one of the developer’s four parks in Lower Silesia featuring 60,600 sqm has been leased in full. The new customer is Pantos Logistics Poland, owned by one of the largest logistics companies worldwide. The operator provides a comprehensive service in road, sea and air freight, as well as warehousing and customs clearance. At Panattoni Park Wrocław II, the customer will occupy more than 6,000 sqm, of which 5,617 sqm will be used for warehousing, and 390 sqm for office purposes. The contract was mediated by the real estate firm Jones Lang LaSalle.
Lower Silesia is Poland’s fifth region in terms of warehouse space and one of the key locations, due to such factors as its positioning in the heart of Central and Eastern Europe and the appeal of Wrocław – the strongest Lower Silesian urban core. With the development of infrastructure and the Wrocław Motorway Bypass under construction on the north-west outskirts of the city, the region offers huge investment potential. Panattoni Europe appreciates this and has placed as many as four parks in Lower Silesia, whose total space at full build-out will be 224,350 sqm.
