Panattoni Europe has started construction of City Logistics Warsaw III. The investment is going up next to the western section of the Warsaw Bypass and will offer 25,000 sqm. The first tenant is Trena, which has leased 9,000 sqm at the park. The online wholesaler of beauty products will move into the newly built facility in May. The project will fulfill BREEAM certification criteria.
