Construction is underway on a second warehouse at Panattoni Park Prague Airport II in Pavlov near Kladno. The 10,000 sqm facility is designed to accommodate logistics or light industrial operations and is scheduled for completion in October. Panattoni started the project speculatively and is currently in negotiations with potential tenants. The 23,000 sqm DSV facility is already in an advanced stage of construction in the recently opened zone. Panattoni Park Prague Airport II is located along the R6 speedway to Karlovy Vary. It has the capacity for six buildings totaling 123,000 sqm. Space in the halls is flexible (starting on 3,000 sqm), and Panattoni offers them for lease or sale.
