Panattoni Europe has started the construction of Park Warsaw South. The logistics center’s first tenant, CTDI, has already signed a lease on a 14,500 sqm BTS facility. JLL advised during the lease process. The CTDI facility will be the company’s new head office in Poland. Completion of this part of the investment is scheduled for the beginning of 2019. “Because CTDI employs staff long-term, they attach special importance to the region in which they have been operating for years. That is why it has been our priority to offer them the best possible location,” said Marek Dobrzycki, managing director of Panattoni Europe. “I am happy that Panattoni Park Warsaw South has fulfilled their expectations. The site is located right next to the new S7 route, just 15 minutes from central Warsaw, and the proximity of the city center ensures good access to public transport for the employees of the park and means that they can open their business premises on the doorstep of the capital city.”
