Panattoni is planning to build a warehousing facility for a meat producer and exporter. The BTS facility will go up near Ostroda in the Warmian-Masurian province and will offer 10,153 sqm. “The facility will not be large, but it has to be built in just seven months. And projects for this industry are always demanding. They need to be suitable for food storage, so all the required certificates have to be obtained, such as HACCP, to confirm that the food is safely stored,” said Marek Foryński, the managing director of the BTS Group at Panattoni. “The thermal insulation of the refrigerated rooms used by the food industry also has to comply with all the current standards.”
