Panattoni Europe is developing a fifth logistics center for Amazon. Located in Sosnowiec, the facility will offer 135,000 sqm adapted to the company’s high-bay storage system and will be dedicated to the distribution of shoes and clothes in Western Europe. The investment will be BREEAM-certified. The cost of the deal was not disclosed. Completion is set for October 2017.
