Panattoni Europe will build a warehouse for Leroy Merlin in Łódź. The facility, which will cover more than 123,600 sqm at ground level, will be the French DIY retailer’s main hub in Central Poland. The deal is one of the largest projects on the Polish warehouse market. Construction is scheduled to begin in the second quarter of this year, with completion set for the fourth quarter of 2019. The facility will undergo BREEAM certification.
