Panattoni is to develop its latest production and warehouse plant in the Warsaw area. The company is to deliver 31,000 sqm to Reynaers Aluminium – one of the leading European suppliers of sustainable and innovative aluminium solutions for the production of windows, doors and partition walls. The building is being constructed in Urzut – 30 km from Warsaw – on a plot chosen by the client. The centre will have a clear height of 10m in the warehouse section and 14m in the production section.
Panattoni is to start work on another development in the Warsaw region. The developer is to deliver a production and warehouse centre for Reynaers Aluminium – one of the leading European suppliers of sustainable and innovative aluminium solutions for the production of windows, doors and partition walls. The company is to make use of 31,000 sqm, which includes 2,500 sqm of office space. The industrial section will comprise 28,500 sqm and is to be divided into a warehouse section with a height of 10 m and a production centre with a 14 m clear height. The factory is to be built in Urzut 30 km from Warsaw. On completion of the investment, Reynaers Aluminium will be able to employ up to 30 pct more people. The local authorities will also benefit from the investment because, in addition to the creation of new jobs, there will also be increased tax revenue.
“This is the first stage of the planned development of Reynaers Aluminium,” comments Andrey Klymenko – the General Manager of Reynaers Aluminium CE on the firm’s investment and he states that the plant is to be extended in the future. “The new plant will improve our operational and production capabilities and the forecasts for the coming years oblige us to plan a further expansion. That’s why we are already considering the extension of our warehouse and production centre by a further 20,000 sqm and this means that in the end the centre will be extended to 50,000 sqm, which is what the site will allow.”

The new Reynaers Aluminium centre is a production and warehouse facility with numerous amenities as well as modern technological and aesthetic solutions for the company’s clients and employees. The company will not only gain a modern centre but also an attractive location that grants it ideal access to the S8 expressway, Moreover, the vicinity of the expressway road allows goods to be easily transported to such urban centres as Białystok, Łódź, Wrocław and Warsaw. The centre will be around a 30-minute drive from the centre of the capital.
