Panattoni will build a warehouse facility at A2 Warsaw Park for DSV Solutions. The project will offer 12,000 sqm and will be used to conduct logistics operations for the fashion industry. The logistics operator will move into the building next November. A2 Warsaw Park is a modern warehousing and office complex offering 103,670 sqm. The park is designed for both storage and light manufacturing. Like the developer’s other distribution centers, it is tailored to the needs of different tenants, in terms of the technical specs as well as the individual arrangements of manufacturing, warehousing, office and staff spaces. A2 Warsaw Park was built in accordance with BREEAM certification standards.
