Panattoni Europe is set to build a distribution and online store service center for Smyk. The facility will be located at the Panattoni Central European Logistics Hub in Łódź and will offer 70,000 sqm. Construction is scheduled to begin in January and will be delivered in a number of phases. The first 26,000 sqm is scheduled for completion in June. The cost of the investment was not disclosed. The lease transaction was brokered by JLL. “Panattoni Europe specializes in delivering advanced facilities dedicated to businesses involved in e-commerce. This is because we respond fast to market needs, and today these tend to be connected with selling over the Internet,” said Marek Dobrzycki, Managing Director Panattoni Europe.“Tenant needs cover many aspects, starting from the location through to the shape of the structure.”
