Panattoni Europe is planning to develop a new logistics facility for 21sportsgroup in Ketsch in Germany’s Rhine-Neckar region. The site, located on Sachsenstrasse, will cover 67,300 sqm, offering 30,475 sqm of hall space, 2,361 sqm of office and social space and a 2,322 sqm mezzanine area. The tenant will use the logistics facility for receiving, warehousing, order pick-up and dispatching products on a long-term basis. Realogis advised 21sportsgroup.
