Panattoni Europe completed a 10,000 sqm BTS facility for Assa Abloy in Týniště nad Orlicí in the Czech Republic. The project is a stand alone scheme located 20 km from the center of Hradec Králové in Eastern Bohemia. The tenant, Assa Abloy Rychnov is a member of the Swedish based Assa Abloy Group, a global player in door opening solutions. The company will use the newly built warehouse as a production facility supporting the growth strategy of the automotive market brand Facea. The facility was completed seven months after the signing of the contract for the project.
