Florida East Coast Realty has topped off its newest project, Panorama Tower. Located at 1100 Brickell Bay Drive in downtown Miami, it’s the tallest tower in the state of Florida as well as being the tallest south of Manhattan. At 85 stories, the mixed-use facility will house 821 rental units served by 45,000 sqf of amenities, 208 hotel rooms by Hyatt Centric, 100,000 sqf of office space, and high-end retail outlets and restaurant space spanning about 50,000 sqf. The $800 million project is expected to start accepting its first residents in October. Rents will range between the low $2,000s to just under $6,000 for a three-bedroom unit on the building’s top floors. “We’re getting the whole gamut of people,” said Tibor Hollo, Florida East Coast Realty, who claims that customers include a mix of people of retirement age who have moved out of bigger homes to young professionals.
