Ioannis Papalekas lent €30m from the BCR to refinance the Tower Center International office building. The volume of guaranteed obligations, including principal, accessories and enforcement costs was estimated at €45m. TCI, located in Piata Victoriei in Bucharest, was completed in 2012 and has a tenant list that includes EY, Hidroelectrica, Deutsche Bank, and Cegeka.
