The first Chinese renovation of a project by the company Level Constellation is not yet completed, but half of the apartments in it have already been sold. The Park Avenue in Lisbon has 27 apartments ranging in size between 79 sqm and 156 sqm at prices of up to €5,390 per sqm. The renovated building has seven floors offering large balconies and a good deal of natural light for the units. Most buyers are foreign, from Brazil, China, Qatar, France, Lebanon and Libya.
