Park Residence by Cordia the project finalist in the HOF Awards 2017

Park Residence, the project by Cordia and the winner of the CIJ Awards Hungary 2016 in the category Residential Development, is the project finalist in the HOF Awards 2017. Cordia will also compete in the HOF Awards final with other winners of CIJ Awards in the category Residential Developer.

The winners of the HOF Awards 2017 will be announced during the gala dinner on the 6th April at the Prague Marriott hotel, V Celnici 1028/8, 110 00 Prague.

Park Residence is the residential development from the internationally reputable Corvin Promenade in Budapest. A total of 227 one and half and two-room apartments have been developed in the building consisting of a parking level, ground floor and 9 floors. Aligned to apartment construction trends of the modern era, each apartment has a 2-meter-wide, functional balcony. The Park Residence building surrounds an open inner courtyard with a garden on the first floor. Cordia is a member of the Hungarian-owned Futureal Group with a solid capital, one of the largest property developer and investor groups in the Central European region.

The HOF (Hall of Fame) Awards is the only unique CEE/SEE awards that represents a transparent and professional system of evaluation by 600 senior property managers across Europe. Now in its second year, the HOF Awards 2017 is the final for all country winners from 2016, competing against one another for the top prize, the Best of the Best HOF Awards. This years countries of entry include the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Serbia and Slovakia.
