Park Resort, a mixed-use scheme, has officially opened in Porec, a town along the Istrian Peninsula in western Croatia. The project, valued at more than €35m, features a hotel, apartments and villas. There are a total of 309 accommodation units for around 1,000 tourists. The complex offers swimming pools and surrounding water attractions for kids. The scheme will developed by Plava Laguna.
