The Park Rozwoju office complex in Warsaw has received a BREEAM Excellent certificate. Overall the property was awarded a BREEAM rating of 73 percent. Both stages of the project were praised for their user and environmentally friendly features. The Park Rozwoju office complex was developed by EPP. The scheme features an intelligent air conditioning system as well as an herb garden.
