Parkview office building by Skanska, has achieved a WELL Health-Safety Rating

Skanska, has achieved the WELL Health & Safety Rating for eight properties in Central and Eastern Europe region, including Parkview, an office building located in Prague. Parkview office building located in the Pankrác business district in Prague was completed last year.

“Looking closely at the needs and safety of our tenants, we have come up with several complex steps and protocols, implementing facility management sanitizing and disinfection plans, as well as office air quality management and advanced solutions reducing the amount of hand contact on high-touch surfaces. We have also trained people working in the building, informing them about proper ways to reduce the risk of spreading the virus,” said Eva Nykodymová, a Sustainovation manager in Skanska commercial development business in the Czech Republic.

“Apart from obtaining WELL Health-Safety Rating, Parkview also obtained LEED Platinum certification and recently, it was sold to Deka Immobilien, one of Europe’s leading real estate investors and asset managers. These achievements prove we are successful in our goal to build cutting-edge projects that are friendly to both the environment and people working in them and are also commercially successful,” notes Alexandra Tomášková, Executive Vice President at Skanska commercial development business in Hungary and the Czech Republic.
