Parkview office building from Skanska has two new tenants and is 100% leased

The Parkview office building is now 100% leased. The nine-storey building, built by Skanska in Prague’s Pankrác, will now house the software company JetSoft and the technology company Lucid, which focuses on market research from the Cint Group.

The Parkview building was completed by Skanska in 2020 and is owned by the renowned investment company Deka Immobilien. JetSoft will rent 398 m2 and Lucid will rent 555 m2. Both companies will join Parkview tenants in April 2022 and will be located on the seventh floor of the building.

JetSoft is a software company specializing in ERP, WMS and other back-end systems for e-commerce customers. Her clients include e-shops such as feedo.cz, spokojenypes.cz or pilulka.cz. JetSoft shares offices with PalmApp.cz, a Czech fintech company financed by Česká spořitelna. This company provides companies with a platform for the early-wages service, a payout system in which employees can choose a payout or part of it whenever they want.

To this end, the building offers a range of contactless solutions, such as contactless storage boxes and contactless turnstiles.

Parkview was also rated as the most sustainable building in the Czech Republic. It saves up to 50% of energy and drinking water and has received LEED Platinum certification with a gain of 97 points.
