Partridge Equity seeks planning for Deerfield Beach, FL site

Partridge Equity Group, based in Pompano Beach has submitted plans with the city of Deerfield Beach for the rezoning of a 8.4 acre development site. If approved, the firm intends to build a 346-unit mid-rise apartment complex. Located just west of North Dixie Highway and north of Northeast Eller Street, the parcel encompasses a 55-year-old marina, some vacant lots and a mix of single-family homes and small apartment buildings. The firm acquired the 40,789 square feet of vacant land at 414 and 430 Northeast First Avenue for $3 million.
