Passer lures Microsoft, Skype, Nokia to Delta

20 October 2014

Microsoft will take 11,000 sqm at the 38,000 sqm Delta office building, currently under development at the BB Centrum complex near the Budějovická metro station in Prague 4. PasserInvest poached the IT giant from the Alpha building, which is also located in the same complex. PasserInvest developed Alpha but sold the building to BNP Paribas. Skype and Nokia, which are owned by Microsoft, will also move their headquarters to Delta, writes the server e15. Skype is currently based at Palác Křižík, a refurbished historical building in Prague 5-Smíchov that was recently acquired by Generali. Nokia, meanwhile, will vacate its offices at Praha City Center on Klimentská street in Prague 1, which was acquired earlier this year by a fund managed by Tristan Capital Partners.
