Czech developer Radim Passer wants to buy back several office buildings he has been developing and selling to investors in the BB Centrum complex in Prague 4-Michle over the last 20 years. Passer was quoted by Forbes saying that he intends to list them on the stock exchange by the end of the decade. Passer intends to finalize his acquisition of the complex’s Alpha building by the end of the year. Passer will pay CZK 800m for Alpha. In 2015 and 2016, he is planning to buy back an additional two or three office buildings each year. The buy-out will likely be financed through a bond issue.
