Passerinvest had acquired Villas, a pair of office buildings in the the company’s own BB Centrum business park in Prague 4. The company has been focused in the past couple year on buying back its former development projects in order to control the management and increase the value of BB Centrum. Villas are the latest acquisition in this effort, but was preceded by Passerinvest’s buy back of the Alpha and Beta buildings along with buildings A, B, and C. “We began this year by taking another step towards our long-term goal of re-acquiring BB Centrum’s office buildings and which we intend to maintain at the highest possible level over the long-term,” said Passerinvest’s founder Radim Passer. The six floor 8,000 sqm VILLAS office buildings were sold back to Passerinvest by Reveteas Capital Fund II. Tchibo, GEMALTO and Audetex are some of the buildings’ long-term tenants.
