The Czech property company PasserInvest launched the first of two phases of reconstruction at Balance Club Brumlovka at BB Centrum in Prague 4. Work on a portion of the first phase ended in the middle of August and included major improvements to its locker rooms, bathrooms and to the fitness club’s third floor. During the autumn, the remainder of the third floor will be reopened to club members, including the 25-meter pool, saunas, and the spa area. The club’s reception area has also been reconstructed during the first phase of work. The budget for the entire project, which is being realized by HSF System, is expected to reach CZK 100 million. “It’s a positive signal for the entire construction sector and the Czech economy that there are still companies here that haven’t been frightened off by the uncertain situation and that are going ahead with these types of large investments,” said Jan Vitvar of HSF System.
