Passerinvest holds public meeting for Nové Roztyly scheme in Prague 4

28 June 2019

Radim Passer, CEO of the developer Passerinvest Group, held a public meeting to explain his company’s plans for its residential project Nove Roztyly. Passerinvest has been seeking approval for the project, which is located on the site of a former slaughterhouse next to the Rotzyly metro station. Also present at the public meeting were the project’s architect Martin Krupauer of the A8000 studio and the mayor of Prague 11, Jiří Dohnal. “Public discussion of our plans for the renewal of a brownfield near the Roztyly metro station is important for us as an investor and as a developer,” said Passer. “Rather than stretching Prague we should be concentrating on parts of the city that need to be re-urbanized. It’s important to listen to the needs of current residents but we also have to take a broader perspective in view of the younger generation that brings economic profit and development to the district.” Nové Rotzyly will offer flats for sale as well as rental units along with relaxation areas and sports facilities.
