Passerinvest Group has issued bonds worth CZK 2bn. The funding will be used to finance the acquisitions of office buildings at BB Centrum in Prague 4-Michle, which the company developed and sold over the years before deciding to buy them back. So far, Passerinvest has bought back five properties at BB Centrum. The six-year bonds offer a 5.25-percent yield. The emission can be expanded to CZK 2.25bn. The company issued CZK 550m worth of bonds in 2014.
