Newmark Knight Frank has hired Patrick Glynn to oversee and direct property management services in the New England region. In his new role, Glynn will be responsible for business development, operations, integrating service lines and strategic staff recruitment to maximize the value of real estate assets on behalf of clients. Based in NKF’s Boston office, Glynn will oversee investor services throughout Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine. Prior to joining NKF, he served as managing senior vice president for asset services at Transwestern. He has also held management positions at CBRE, Broadway Real Estate Services, Beacon Capital Partners and Fidelity Investments.
