PATRIZIA Immobilien AG has purchased a real estate portfolio with five senior citizens care facilities in Göttingen, Wetzlar, Erfurt, Eisenhüttenstadt and Schwedt. The properties have a total of 632 care places and 29 units in the assisted living area.
“With this acquisition we are expanding our commitment to the care home real estate segment as previously advised and leveraging investment opportunities in selected regions with a rising need for care capacity,” – said Jan-Hendrik Jessen, Head of Fund Management Operated Properties at PATRIZIA. An Anglo-American company sold the asset for an undisclosed price.
